Most of the businesses we work with don’t lack software. They have too much of it: a CRM here, spreadsheets there, payroll in another tool and approvals on WhatsApp. Information gets typed in again at every hand-off, and nobody has the full picture.
Each project below started by mapping how work actually moves through the business. Only then did we choose the platform, whether that was Zoho One, a custom CRM or ERP, or a purpose-built portal. We build with AI-assisted development, reviewed by our engineers, so we can show working software early and change it quickly as your team gives feedback.

Zoho One · Experience & Knowledge Centre
From signed brand to live showcase on one Zoho One setup
An architecture experience and knowledge centre rents showcase space to brands, so architects and designers can see their products in person. Once a deal was signed, everything that followed was handled over email, calls and spreadsheets: onboarding the brand, collecting samples, tracking every product and assigning display space. Hiring, employee records, payroll and company assets sat in separate tools too.

Scope: 5 Zoho apps and 1 custom Zoho Creator application, connected from deal to showcase
What we did
- Set up Zoho CRM for brand enquiries, deals and follow-ups
- Built a custom Zoho Creator solution that starts brand onboarding automatically when a deal is closed
- Tracked sample collection for each brand, with reminders for samples still pending
- Recorded every product in inventory against its brand, location and status
- Managed the rented showcase spaces: which brand occupies which space, and for how long
- Connected Zoho Recruit, People and Payroll, so a new hire’s details carry through to their employee record and payroll without re-entry
- Trained each team and supported them after go-live
What changed
Each brand’s journey, from signed deal to onboarding, samples, inventory and a live showcase, now runs in one system. The team can see at a glance which samples are pending, what is on display and where, and which spaces are free. HR and payroll run on the same Zoho One platform.

A manufacturer serving the defence sector needs its HR, inventory, accounts and expenses in one system, with tight control over who can see what. We are setting up Zoho One to fit its manufacturing processes.

Scope: 7 Zoho apps across HR, operations and finance
What we’re doing
- Connecting Zoho Recruit, People and Payroll into one flow from candidate to employee to payroll
- Setting up Zoho Inventory for stock and purchasing, linked to Zoho Books for accounts
- Moving employee expense claims into Zoho Expense, with approvals and posting to Books
- Customising with Zoho Creator and Deluge where the standard apps don’t fit the plant’s processes
- Setting role-based access so sensitive information is visible only to the right people
- Delivering in short cycles with regular demos to the client’s team

ESG assessments, scoring and reports in one portal
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) assessments were run manually, with questionnaires, scoring and reports handled in documents and spreadsheets. It was slow, hard to compare over time, and difficult to show how a score was reached.
